Each week this class will focus on a specific body part in both releasing muscle tension, increasing range of motion, and building strategic strength. Using yoga inspired movement, PT like exercises, and a wide range of props, we will build crucial awareness around areas of our body that are prone to wear and tear through other forms of yoga as well as just our lives. Those who are new to yoga, recovering from injuries, or anyone just curious about the "how" and "why" of the movements they do in any yoga class will enjoy this immensely.
