We begin with a brief science based meditation deep into the heart. This is where we will find a prayer and/or affirmation as your anchor, and to potentiate your experience. This meditation is great for those curious about adding something new to their practice that may create depth, and assist in healing & manifestation goals. The possibility of this meditative magic taking you to another planet is real! This may also reduce blood pressure, and allow stress to melt away so healing can occur as your chakra/nerve plexus system is immersed in sacred sound, light therapy, and medicinal aromatherapy. Throughout you will be bathed in balancing frequencies with large Gongs, Gem Infused 432Hz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native Flutes, Drums, Rattles, Drone Soundscapes, Vocals, and more.

A great way to spend Mother's Day weekend, moms will be celebrated with an extra special little gift from Ava.
