This all-levels class combines meditation and movement, poetry and music, seriousness and absurdity in an eclectic practice that is intended to hold you as you move through your own process of self-transformation. The physical practice is a mix of alignment-based vinyasa flow, pranayama (breath work), active stretching for strength and mobility, and free-form intuitive movement for release and relaxation. The mental and emotional practice draws insights from a wide array of mindfulness traditions, including poetry, literature, and meditation. All of it is here for you — to help you cleanse and cathartically release those parts of the human condition that are holding your Spirit at bay.
