This beginner to intermediate vinyasa and fitness class is heat-building and powerfully-paced.

Targeted strength training meets a fiery vinyasa flow. Using hand-weights and other props, you’ll condition and workshop the primary muscles and movements for a new peak pose each week. If you want to level-up your asana practice, this class will boost your skills, mobility, and strength.

Strength for Yoga pairs with Deepen + Flow (Monday 3:30), a vinyasa class that incorporates the new skills and poses you conditioned for in Strength for Yoga the previous week!
