About The Self-Compassion Daily Journal:
Many people find it challenging or even uncomfortable to embrace and accept themselves with kindness. But it’s encouragement—not criticism—that will help you build the flexibility and strength you need to make positive, meaningful change.

The Self-Compassion Daily Journal provides a safe place to tune in and learn to care for yourself, so that you can effectively respond to life’s challenges. Grounded in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and compassion-focused therapy (CFT) you will learn to let go of self-criticism—whether it’s about body image, career goals, or parenting—and instead cultivate kindness and forgiveness toward yourself.

Self-compassion is an essential first step toward a fulfilling life. With this journal, you will gain the skills needed to face your inner struggles, find contentment, and take action toward a
heart-centered life.
