Christina offers an alignment based slow flow   class with mindfulness and pranayama.  All levels welcome. 
This class is designed to explore the wide ocean of being. Slowing way down and stillness have a profound effect on our nervous system, hormones, and overall sense of well-being. The power this yoga offers~ of consciously holding a healing space within our bodies, can effect both subtle and expansive shifts. Restorative yoga is excellent for deep  relaxation, stress, burnout,trauma,grief; learning to let go and surrender. Meditation and breath work are paired to greater expand your practice.
