This class is designed to explore the wide ocean of being. Slowing way down and stillness have a profound effect on our nervous system, hormones, and overall sense of well-being. The power this yoga offers~ of consciously holding a healing space within our bodies, can effect both subtle and expansive shifts. Restorative yoga is excellent for deepĀ  relaxation, stress, burnout,trauma,grief; learning to let go and surrender. Meditation and breath work are paired to greater expand your practice.
