Qigong nourishes the physical and energetic body through flowing movements, postures and mudras that harmonize the body, breath and mind. This class will clear blockages in the meridians and auric field while simultaneously building Qi energy in the 3 Dantian (“Elixir Fields”). Sam teaches a combination of sets passed down from China’s Wudang mountain range, which are a direct link to and embodiment of Daoist philosophy.
