Not a yoga class, this is a challenging exploration of natural, practical, human movement. Increase overall joint mobility, strengthen your spine and straighten your posture, develop better balance and coordination, and learn skills that you can use outside of the yoga studio.

Elements of a technique-based Natural Movement practice include: Joint and posture mobilizing exercises, getting up and down from the ground as a skill, crawling around on all fours, practicing specific balance and coordination exercises, jumping, climbing, throwing and catching and more.
