Healthy Back is a functional, therapeutic yoga class focused on developing healthy range of motion, stability, mobility, strength, posture, and balance. Classes are well-rounded, supporting wellness in the entire body (including neck, shoulders, spine, knees, and hips). Includes guided meditation and relaxation. Helpful for most everybody, including beginners, older adults, athletes, and individuals with injuries.
