Christina offers an alignment based slow flow   class with mindfulness and pranayama.  All levels welcome. 
A creatively sequenced slow, spacious, breath-centered practice. Move through a flow with longer holds in poses. Leave feeling grounded.

Christina is fully vaccinated and prefers you to be, too, if you are attending this class in-person.  She welcomes you to join her in-studio and wants to create a space where everyone can feel safe to practice in a well-ventilated, air-purified space–with mats 6 ft apart.
