An hour of deeply and dynamically opening some of the major muscle groups in the legs, arms and torso using a combination of yoga asana, fluid movements and eccentric, engaged stretching. By contracting your muscles as you move and lengthen them, eccentric stretching reconstructs tissues and protects joints as it improves mobility, strength, and flexibility. Discover and feel more in areas you didn’t know existed, leave feeling more balanced and integrated.

Monday's class offers a slower-paced sequence; Friday class includes more flow and strength building.
