This intermediate speciality-topic therapeutic class is active with a slow-pace.

An hour plus of deeply and dynamically opening and strengthening major muscle groups in the legs, arms and torso using a combination of yoga asana, fluid movements, occasional massage-ball rolling, and eccentric, engaged stretching. By contracting your muscles as you move and lengthen them, eccentric stretching reconstructs tissues and protects joints as it improves mobility, strength, and flexibility. Discover and feel more in areas you didn’t know existed, leave feeling more balanced and integrated.
