Carone is a blessed and embodied woman of many years. She is a wife, mother, grandmother, doula of hearts blossoming and becoming embodied. She has been on the mat 30 years, half of those as a certified yoga instructor. She has multiple yoga certifications – yin, restorative, yoga nidra, prenatal, therapeutic and trauma sensitive, partner – all forms of the feminine expression of yoga. Her career in healthcare significantly influenced her yoga choices as she spent 14 years working in Labor and Delivery, taught ChildBirth classes, Bradley method, Lamaze method, and La Leche classes for breastfeeding. She believes the parallels of pregnancy, birth and yoga are potent. Having witnessed multitudes of births, delivered over 100 babies, and experienced the extraordinary nature that dwells within us through the process of maternal health. She gave birth naturally, organically to two beautiful humans.
Mitsuko is a highly experienced prenatal yoga teacher, sound healer and Reiki Master. With over a decade of experience, she has immersed herself in the transformative practices of Kundalini Yoga and sound healing with her beloved gongs. She blends the healing energy of Reiki with the soothing vibrations of sound, inviting students to reconnect with body, mind, and spirit. Beyond teaching, she finds joy in spending time with her awe-inspiring five children, surfing, connecting with cherished friends, immersing herself in nature’s beauty, and dancing with her professional dance troupe.
Kylie is a Doula, Prenatal and Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher and regenerative food systems advocate. She is a shepherd of embodiment, empowering her students to connect to the inherent wisdom of their bodies. Whether it's through the nourishment of a potluck feast or the enchantment of a full moon circle, she believes the true magic lies in the alchemy of togetherness, where we find freedom in love and belonging.
