What is Aquarian Sadhana?
Aquarian Sadhana is a transformative 2 ½ hour morning practice, rooted in Kundalini Yoga, designed to recharge your energy, elevate your mood, and create a sense of inner peace. This practice is for anyone, whether you're a seasoned Kundalini practitioner or simply curious about experiencing Kundalini Yoga for the first time.
Aquarian Sadhana is a transformative 2 ½ hour morning practice, rooted in Kundalini Yoga, designed to recharge your energy, elevate your mood, and create a sense of inner peace. This practice is for anyone, whether you're a seasoned Kundalini practitioner or simply curious about experiencing Kundalini Yoga for the first time.
What to Expect:
- 5:00 AM: We begin with a 20-minute recitation of Japji, the Song of the Soul, to center and open our minds.
- 5:20 AM: This is followed by 25-30 minutes of Kundalini Yoga, a series of invigorating postures and Breathwork to awaken the body and nervous system.
- 5:50 AM: Finally, we chant 7 mantras for 62 minutes, designed to align your chakras, clear mental blocks, and bring you into a state of clarity and peace.

What to Bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket or something cozy for comfort during meditation. (if you have one; we provide mats at the studio).
- A head covering (scarf or beanie) to create a sense of sacredness.
- Open heart and curiosity.
Mantra Sheets Provided:
All participants will receive mantra books and handouts to guide you through the chants, so there's no need to memorize anything. Just come as you are, ready to experience the power of sound and vibration.
