All-Levels Flow

A strong vinyasa class that encourages students to move and breathe intentionally. Class opens with pranayama (breath control) and a short meditation, moves to music through creative and challenging sequencing of asana, and finishes with a well-deserved savasana.
Alignment, modifications, and variations will be offered making it accessible to all levels.
