All-Levels Flow


at YOGA SOUP (28 PARKER WAY SANTA BARBARA, California 93101)

A 75 minute core-centered practice that involves a series of repetitive movements and exercises near to the ground that target strengthening the muscles that stabilize and flow the spine. We will move both the upper and lower portions of the body in harmony with our midline to help evolve a nurtured center, a full body integrated practice that will leave one feeling worked in and stretched out.
