This hour-long class is geared for tweens and teens! Peggy will go over poses and sequences in an approachable and fun manner—setting the students up for success while building their self-esteem. Emphasizing the importance of moving your body as well as turning inward and sitting with the breath. Peggy is open to using some of the kid’s playlists while we flow!
