Drop in deep with Shanti Slow. Seduce your body into relaxation with thoughtful Shanti sequencing and gentle, mindful movement. Longer-held postures and the support of props will help release tension and create space in the joints. Explore nourishing breath practices to soothe the nervous system and moments of meditative stillness to quiet the mind.

The breath is the vehicle through which, by which, we experience everything. We will use the gift of this time together to activate the body on every level - exploring ways to open ourselves up to receive fresh life energy; to clarify the mind - allowing us to be curious and inspired; and to harmonize with the natural world - helping us to reconnect with the radiant essence within each of us. This class is challenging and playful and you are most welcome.

THIS CLASS IS IN-PERSON ONLY: Prepayment with online registration is required for all students. Use the "Register for In-Person" button above to reserve your spot. Please help us by respecting the following protocol:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin.
  • We prefer that you bring your own mats and props. However, a small selection is available for rental or purchase at the studio.
  • 24-hour cancellation is required. No refunds will be available for students who do not show up to/attend an online class for any reason.
  • IMPORTANT REGARDING COVID-19: By attending class at Yoga Shanti, you agree that you have not been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past two (2) weeks and are not current experiencing any of the following symptoms: Fever of 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, or feeling feverish, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Headache, Muscle pain, Sore throat, Fatigue, Congestion, or Loss of taste or smell
