Shanti Flow meets Shanti Sweat, add a fun upbeat playlist and boom: Shant Beats/Vinyasa Flow! This class is designed for students who feel the urge to move with the music seamlessly from one posture to the next, while building tapas (heat) and having fun in the process. Each class will help link breath and movement, deepening the connection of mind and body. We’ll flow through sequences with intention & direction, while staying true to Yoga Shanti’s signature intelligent sequencing, with a focus on proper alignment, inquiry and creative flow.
