Yin Yasa

Class will run the 4th Tuesday of each month. The first half of practice is a vinyasa yoga flow to warm the muscles and connect with the breath and body. The practice ends with yin yoga, a slow-paced style of yoga in which the postures are designed to be held for a minimum of three minutes. The idea is to soften and relax completely so the release goes beyond the muscle and helps to bring balance, circulation and pliability to fascia and connective tissues.
