This is a Pilates-inspired strength class. Though there is no jumping or deep knee bends, this class offers many challenging moves that require full-body cooperation or synergistic movement. You choose your intensity by the number of repetitions you complete!

- gentle warm-up
- hip/glute strengthening
- abdominal stability and strengthening
- spine-strengthening
- upper body challenges (push-ups! - modifications available, do what you can)
This class does not include:
- deep knee bends
- jumping
- The work can be intense if you choose, but this is not a high-cardio class.
