(CANCELED) Core Strength and Synergistics: All-levels

This is a Pilates-inspired strength class. Though there is no jumping or deep knee bends, this class offers many challenging moves that require full-body cooperation or synergistic movement. You choose your intensity by the number of repetitions you complete! 
This class includes:
  • gentle warm-up
  • hip/glute strengthening
  • abdominal stability and strengthening
  • spine-strengthening
  • upper body challenges (push-ups! - modifications available, do what you can)
This class does not include:
  • deep knee bends
  • jumping  
  • The work can be intense if you choose, but this is not a high-cardio class.
