Community Mindful Meditation Practice - FREE

A weekly community gathering of meditation practitioners. It is based in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, a zen buddhist monk. The evening includes two 20-minute sitting meditations along with a short walking meditation, a shared reading and listening deeply to one another. All meditation practices and backgrounds are welcome, no previous meditation experience needed. Bolsters, mats, and chairs will be provided. Bring anything that will help make you more comfortable. This gathering is free and any donations will be given to the studio as gratitude for the space.
