Yin yoga invites us to cultivate and explore the quiet, still space within. In this class we are focusing on how we can create deep stretches to open the inner webbing of our bodies. Through long held postures and breath work we moisten our connective tissues and draw ourselves to a place of surrender. Join us to intentionally slow down and create space.
