Join Rachael Freedman for a Thanksgiving day, donation-based Mindful Flow class! All donations will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco. Established in 1891, the Clubs have provided critical support for youth six to 18 during shelter in place: including, but not limited to, virtual programs, food distribution, access to the Clubs to facilitate online learning, recreation, and wellness and mental health services. About Mindful Flow: this is a moderate, intentional and accessible approach to the yoga practice designed for yogis of all levels. Class may include mindfulness techniques including asana, qigong, meditation, yin and/or restorative yoga. Connect to your energetic body, bring awareness to your breath and enjoy a moving meditation practice. With a focus on alignment, while staying present in the body and breath, this gentle flow emphasizes the process of surrender and ends in complete relaxation.
