Our prenatal & postnatal yoga class is active, challenging, safe and supportive, so that both mom and baby can benefit from postures without any strain. Using postures (asana) and breathing exercises (pranayama), this class will help you to create awareness of your own mind, body and spirit, and access your own intuition. It’s also the perfect opportunity to connect with other mothers in different stages of motherhood.

This class is currently only open to adults. This is not a mom & baby course.

Led by nationally certified teachers in accordance to the American Medical Association’s “Guide for Exercise During Pregnancy,” our classes are safe for all fitness levels.

Health & Safety Information (for In Person Classes Only):

  • These indoor classes will take place in the studio, located at 286 Divisadero St in Lower Haight. 
  • Only students 18 and above can take class. Masks are required of all students and staff.
  • ALL in-person classes are the schedule are designated as "vaccination required". Upload proof of your vaccination to register. 
  • All students must bring their own mats. Props and disposable wipes will be provided. 
  • Do not come to class if you are experiencing COVID symptoms or have been in contact with someone with COVID. 
  • Classes will be limited to 22 students and will also be available for livestream and replay. 
  • Due to limited capacity cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance of class. All late cancellations will incur $20 fee.
