Slow Flow is a moderate, vinyasa-style class focusing on posture alignment, breath, and intention. This class helps cultivate mind-body connection by creating space to be present with the sensations that arise when mindfully drawing attention to the mind, body, and energetic system. All practice levels are welcome.
