Class may include mindfulness techniques including asana, qigong, meditation, yin and/or restorative yoga. Connect to your energetic body, bring awareness to your breath and enjoy a moving meditation practice. With a focus on alignment, while staying present in the body and breath, this gentle flow emphasizes the process of surrender and ends in complete relaxation.
