There are 108 prayer beads strung in a mala, 108 pressure points in the body, the distance from the Earth to the Sun is approximately 108 times the diameter of the Sun, Buddhist temples in Japan chime bells 108 times to signify the ending of the old year and ringing in the new.

In this workshop, we will be combining the benefits of a restorative vinyasa flow to clear the energetic systems and re-align ourselves with our higher, intuitive selves to tap into the power of meditation, manifestation, and visualization to create a life we love in 2020.

Price: $50 if signed up by December 18th, $60 after.
