Ageless Yoga is for everyone, regardless of your age or yoga experience. It's a great place to start or continue your yoga journey no matter what age. This class is specifically geared for students whose mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength limitations require a more supported class. It's also a great option for those recovering from injury and getting back into their practice. Postures are broken down and instructors lead with a deliberate pace and emphasis on alignment and breath. Props are used to establish stability and access to the poses. Regular practice of Ageless Yoga is guaranteed to improve overall health, flexibility, strength, and balance.

Health & Safety Information (for In Person Classes Only):

  • Only students 18 and above can take class. 
  • All students must bring their own mats. Props and disposable wipes will be provided. 
  • Do not come to class if you are experiencing COVID symptoms or have been in contact with someone with COVID. 
  • Classes will be limited to 30 students  
  • Due to limited capacity cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance of class. All late cancellations will incur $20 fee.
