Why write recovery? Writing recovery supports self-reflection and self-study, clears the muck, cleans the screen, makes way for Spirit. Writing offers an opportunity to look and to listen, to see and to hear, and to be seen and heard. 

Yoga, Writing & Recovery series was created to offer a bridge between the body, the mind, and the spirit, between the head, the heart, and the voice. 

Join Dana Walters, March 17- April 21, for a six-week Yoga, Writing & Recovery series. We’ll practice, write, and share our stories in community, with check-ins, prompts and space to breathe. 


Portions will be recorded, with confidentiality upheld.
