For those on a recovery path, self-study and self-reflection in a supportive space offers trust, community and social-emotional health. Writing gives an opportunity to make new connections, exploring our personal stories on the page. Pairing writing and embodied practices of breathing, meditation and movement supports new patterns, cultivating curiosity and integrating all levels of our being. 

If you’ve been curious about Yoga, Writing, and Recovery, this workshop is for you. On its own or as an intro to the next series, you’re invited to join on June 2 | 6:00pm - 8:30 pm.

Open to anyone on a recovery path, regardless of Yoga or writing experience. Beginner’s mind encouraged! 

Workshop will be recorded with confidentiality of all participants upheld.
