𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘀.

Y12SR is a community organizing and education platform dedicated to healing ALL addiction. 

Guided by yogic texts, trauma research and modern neuroscience, the Y12SR training explores combining cognitive, and somatic approaches to support deeper levels of healing for anyone struggling with an addiction. 

This training equips participants with the necessary knowledge, understanding and tools to safely offer Y12SR classes in their communities.

𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼:

• Investigate yogic and 12-step principles as a foundation of recovery

• Identify the symptoms of unresolved trauma and nervous system dysregulation

• Discover sustainable ways for self-regulation and ‘trigger’ management that support and enhance physical, mental and spiritual well-being

• Explore yoga and somatic tools to support brain re-patterning

• Distinguish the traps of projection, transference, counter-transference, boundary violations and spiritual bypass

• Develop a network of professionals including trauma experts and others in the addiction recovery treatment field

The Y12SR Combined  is a 25-hour online or in-person training that couples the Y12SR Intensive and the Leadership training for full Y12SR Certification.
