Recovery is often thought of as a process of returning to wholeness. Yogic practices invite us to be in deep relationship with all the dimensions of our Being. Using the Panchamaya Kosha model, this series will explore ways to acknowledge, accept, understand, and nourish ourselves and one another in community. We’ll include meditation, breath, movement, and writing practices in this six-week series. 


Join Yoga, Writing, and Recovery creator Dana Walters online Wednesdays, August 17-September 21, 7-8:45 pm ET. While practices will be recorded for those who miss a session, the invitation is to join live. Any presentation materials will be sent following completion of the series.
