In celebration of National Recovery Month, Dana Walters will lead a 45-minute ONLINE Yoga Nidra. Also known as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a meditation that combines guided imagery and body scanning inducing deep relaxation, while offering healing in the body and the mind. You’ll leave feeling restored and rejuvenated. All levels are welcome.

Please wear loose clothing and come prepared with several blankets, pillows, bolsters, eye pillow/mask.  BY DONATION.
