THE VAGUS NERVE:
Talking about the vagus nerve and the concepts behind “polyvagal theory” has become more and more popular; it has become part of recovery consciousness. There are many wise and informed scientists, teachers, and leaders who can explain the neurology behind this amazing nerve branch. 

We have 12 main nerve pairings that run between the brain and the other organs to keep our systems balanced and functioning. The vagus nerve bundle is one of the more vast, far-reaching, and manageable of these nerve systems. It is the “superhighway” of gut-brain information. 

IN THIS 90 MINUTE WORKSHOP: 
Kyczy (Keet-Ski) will review the function of the vagus nerve as a refresher and a reference point for the movements and practices we will be doing together. We will leave a deeper understanding of this system to the scientists. 


We will get into the HOW of vagus nerve care. With a little bit of talking and lots of practical movement (you are encouraged to join in), you can apply vagus nerve soothing techniques to move you from the "stress" side of the messaging system to the soothing and calm side of the nervous system.

This workshop will be recorded and the recording will be sent to all registered participants 48 hours after the live event.
