“As any good therapist will tell you, you cannot heal what you do not acknowledge, and what you do not consciously acknowledge will remain in control of you from within,
festering and destroying you and those around you."
— Richard Rohr

Inspired by Richard Rohr’s, “Breathing Under Water: Spirituality and the Twelve Steps," Y12SR leader, Rosie Mulford leads this 6-week series and
will explore two steps per week as described in Rohr's powerful book.

Join her as she takes you on an experiential journey exploring how the ancient principles in the Gospels and the modern-day Twelve Steps can help free anyone from addiction.

Interweaving yogic philosophy and asana to “connect the dots,” each 90-minute class will include discussion on two steps, movement, pranayama and relaxation. Open to all recovery paths. No prior yoga experience is required. Loose fitting clothing is suggested.

A portion of the proceeds from this workshop will benefit the Y12SR Community Outreach Initiative, a project of The Giveback Yoga Foundation — a 501(c)(3) entity — helping us bring the healing principles of Y12SR into 100 under-resourced treatment centers.

Our goal: to provide those who are most vulnerable access to a powerful model for relapse prevention.

Each session is recorded and will be available for 14 days after it has been published
