This class combines challenging power vinyasa and guided meditation with an emphasis on mindful transitions that give your muscles that burn. The class will start and end with guided mantra meditation with intense power vinyasa for all levels in between!

We took our usual power vinyasa and turned up the intensity dial for this class, plus added even more mental strengthening. Expect burn-so-good repetitions in poses, and a deep focus on breaths to tap into the determination and desire in ALL of us. You’ll leave feeling a balance of deep-rooted power and calm. What’s better than the usual savasana?…a savasana plus guided meditation to bring out even MORE of the benefits of yoga off of your mat!
