This class is a blend of targeted gentle vinyasa yoga with myofascial release to aid in fluid and toxin release for improved exercise recovery, and promotes hydration of essential tissues and joints in your body! It's the perfect preparation for Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation where the student lies down to promote deep rest for the body and brain.
All levels welcome.
Please bring: a mat, towel, water, 2 tennis balls (lacrosse balls or myofascial release balls are great options) and a yoga block are all optimal.
