Hand and finger arthritis is the most prevalent form of arthritis worldwide. The achey-ness can be permanent or transient and impact a “best hand forward” life. This class provides multiple mobility, massage, strength and stretch based movements to help your digits stay in tune. This class is effective for hands and fingers that desire self-management whether from over-use, osteoarthritis, Dupuytren’s or scleroderma related contracture or other fascial scar tissue challenges.
