The IT Band is arguably the most famous fascia on your body. It is wrongly maligned as being the cause of pain for many, but it’s actually just a connective tissue messenger conducting force transfers from several powerful muscles.  In the general public, it suffers from regular “attacks” from hard foam rollers – no wonder it’s so misunderstood. This class teaches safe techniques to help your whole hip/femur complex reframe an embodied understanding of your IT Band.
