Shoulder P.E.: Embodiment School for Shoulders - The Myth Series
Your shoulders could use some attention after all they’ve done for you. Whether you experience pain, limited range or cannot seem to build more strength, this mini-workshop gives you a toolbox to find shoulder satisfaction. From the deep rotator cuff to the superficial “glam” muscles of the deltoids, you’ll get the moves, the motion and better function.
Benefits: identify your own shoulder tension and how to help yourself when shoulder pain creeps up. Improve movement and coordination of shoulders. Surprising soothing into neighboring neck, elbows and hands.

After doing the Shoulder P.E.: Embodiment School for Shoulders class, we recommend you also do the following two classes from the Replay Library:
1) Once you've thoroughly mapped your shoulders, why not build your way safely towards Handstand. This class focuses on preparation for Handstand, if the pose isn't accessible to you today, you will still get a well-rounded embodiment practice. 2) Complement your shoulder studies with a hips and lower body focused class. Pigeon is not the goal, it's a guide.
