You live in a curvy body no matter what you or culture might think. Your fundamental shaper molecule is the very wavy collagen molecule. Its triple helix shape doesn't make it easy for you to bend your body into a triangle. That’s ok, it can be really fun to curve through your contours and build brighter maps to help you propriocept a triangle that helps you tune into you. Let’s disassemble this famous pose for an hour and recompose the pose to expose your optimal performance of it.
