You possess three Zones of Respiration. These are areas of your torso where muscles of respiration bear the burden of breathing life into you 23,000 times daily. Each zone can be accessed deliberately or it can run on automatic without thinking. This class helps you locate which zone is your “home” and helps to de-couple unconscious myofascial and neural tensions that may linger in each zone.
