Tune into Yoga Nidra and tune out your stress.

This class is being offered as a community service so all can enjoy the health benefits of TriYoga. This guided meditation has been shown to reduce tension, stress, pain, anxiety, improve sleep and well being. No yoga mat required. You don't need to have your camera on. You can join by phone. You can even do it lying down in bed. It is an easy way to de-stress and stay connected.

You just have to breathe, listen, and go within on a guided journey through the layers of your being, There you may discover a whole world. You may discover your Self.
