MASTER: Advanced 90min Yoga Class

A vigorous and challenging class carefully sequenced to improve and develop whole body core strength, joint stability, mobility, body awareness and a general sense of ease and freedom of movement in a joyful union of body, mind and breath. There will be a combination of some flow with longer holds, vinyasa sequences, and increasing progression to develop the awareness of the postures and transitions. This class is the capstone of the weekly theme from the flow class and focus class.
