This vinyasa-based yoga class is designed to move beyond a yoga flow class to develop more full-body strength and awareness. Students can expect a challenging class with modifications given for all levels of students.  While each class will have it's own targeted theme, there will be an equal focus on strength, mobility, balance and body awareness for a well-rounded experience.
