Brené Brown (Professor & Author) calls it, ‘Daring Greatly’… I call it bravery. To step into Self more fully or into the seat of the Teacher, you’re inevitably taking on the role as ‘Leader’.What does it mean to be a leader? How can you be more inspiring and motivating? How can you create more change? My favorite definition of leadership comes from David Foster Wallace, an American novelist who wrote, “Effective leaders are individuals who help us overcome the limitations of our own selfishness, weakness and fears. They get us to do harder, better, and more important things than we can get ourselves to do on our own.” Yes! We are here to help people rise up, do better and be more than they ever dreamed possible! But, as my business grew, I recognized the need to develop my own leadership skills. For the last several years, I’ve become fascinated with leadership and how I can be more helpful to my students, clients and colleagues. With much research, practice and dedication, I’ve finally pulled on my big girl CEO pants and am leading a life that I’ve always wanted to live! Now I want to share my business growth knowledge with you. In this Module, you’ll learn the skills you need to get out of your own way and take back the power that’s rightfully yours. You’ll learn about your blocks, aversions and fears. You’ll gain confidence, courage, and insight… and finally take the leap toward your personal/professional goals. From social media tutorials to brand-building tips, get expert advice on taking your (yoga) business to the next level. If you’re hoping to create a sustainable, long-term career path teaching yoga (or any career path!) this module will help you mold the entrepreneurial mindset you need for ultimate success!
