This course explores and applies anatomy through the lens of the most common aches and injuries that show up in yoga classrooms. Learn precise bio-mechanical alignment techniques that help manage and prevent common aches and injuries, including low back pain, sciatica, bursitis, forward head posture, rotator cuff, and others.

DAY 1:  Saturday, June 4, 1-6pm
DAY 2:  Sunday, June 5 1-6pm

Expect lecture, demonstration, practicer, and dedicated time for questions.
